How to Shop:

Make sure to sign in on the top right corner through Facebook or create an account with your email to start shopping!

Due to high demand and limited quantities on many of our items, we do have a specific time set that carts will expire. Cart times can vary, but it will be set at 15 minutes unless specified otherwise. This means after 15 minutes, items will expire. Exceptions to this may be during an app sale, or an exclusive live sale/deal. If you need a cart extension, chat in to the app or website to request. Please keep in mind that your cart will expire within the time-frame that we have set. If you need a cart extension and it is not a sale where we have specified no extensions, we can extend your cart. Please only claim items that you intend to buy, and do not excessively "dump" your cart. Any items ordered in error can be canceled as store credit only. If a direct refund is needed, a 10% fee will be deducted due to processing fees.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 per order.
You will only pay one shipping fee within 12 hours.

We may offer customers to sign-up for our shipping club each month, which will get you free shipping for the month. The cost and availability will vary on a month to month basis.

Orders ship in an estimated 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

***ALL returns will be processed for CART CREDIT only. Exchanges are no longer available***

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any returns where a direct refund was approved as a one-time courtesy. This is due to processing fees.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Chat in to us on the app or send an email to biesterblessings@gmail.com to request a return. Include the order number of the item you are hoping to return.
If the item you are requesting to return is damaged, provide a photo.
All returns MUST be clearly approved by email before sending back. If you send an item back without approval, we will ship it back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All accessories are final-sale.
All home decor items are final-sale.
All bralettes or "intimates" are final-sale.
All Biester Blessings Boutique exclusives and gear are final-sale.
All mystery bags/promotional sales are final-sale.
All shampoos, conditioners, face scrubs, body scrubs, body butters, and personal care items are final-sale.
All shoes are final-sale.
All pre-sale items are final-sale.
All returned item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. They also must be free of any scents, stains, and/or pet hair.
Biester Blessings Boutique has the right to deny a return and mail back to the customer.

We ask that you please contact us first at biesterblessings@gmail.com before anyone else if you have an issue with your order.

IMPORTANT: We understand that when shopping online, it can be hard to determine the size you need for an item. However, we ask that you are careful when ordering. Please do not participate in mystery bags if you have special requests; we love to accomodate customers when we can, but we can never guarantee this with mystery bags. Once your shipping label has been printed, we cannot cancel or refund your order. Please reach out to us for additional assistance so we can discuss options.

In the event that you request to cancel an order after it is placed, we will cancel the order as a cart credit. This can be done as long as your shipping label has not yet been created. IF a direct refund is requested, an approved, the refund will be issued with a 10% fee deduction.

Local Pick Up Orders

All customers have 30 days from the day orders are fulfilled to pick up their orders at the warehouse.

Any orders that are not picked up in this time frame will be refunded as store credit and restocked into our inventory.

We understand that delays may occur due to traveling, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to us if there are any delays in picking up the orders.

Sezzle

Sezzle gives you the option to buy now, and pay later at no extra cost to you. Customers are required to pay 25% of their order upfront, and the remaining 75% is due with 3 easy payments over the span of 6 weeks. It is interest free and there are no fees unless payments are made late. Plus there is no minimum total needed to use Sezzle!

Missing items or Packages/Damaged Packages:

If you receive an order and items are missing from your order, please chat in to us on the app or send an email to biesterblessings@gmail.com with the order number, and the item(s) that you are missing. We will do our best to help out in any way we can, and resolve the issue. If you receive tracking that shows that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we will first advise you that a claim needs to be filed. Please note that if your order was shipped PRIORITY, there is insurance on your package.

If your order was shipped UPS, Biester Blessings Boutique will file the claim on your behalf. If your order shipped USPS, you are required to file the claim on your end (we are always happy to assist).

If a package goes missing at the fault of USPS or UPS, a claim needs to be filed. BBB cannot be held responsible.

If your order arrives damaged and/or if any of its contents are missing due to damage, please let us know! We ask that you hold on to all packaging and contents and please provide us with photos of any damage to the package/items.
